Plate link belts are very robust, positive chain
driven belts for medium to heavy duty applications. Formed from a
series of castellated plates rolled to form hinges, linked with
cross rods which pass through the hinge points and side chain.
The side chains are retained either with a split pin
and washer arrangement, which permits simple dismantling for
maintenance purposes。
Plate link belt are mainly for the following
applications:
Die Casting, Low Temperature
Ovens, Swarf Removal, Forging, Cooling Conveyors, Recycling,
Elevators，
tunnel freezer etc
Plate link belt features: 1.0mm to 6mm thick,
side chains for positive drive, pitch 1” to 9”, carbon steel or
stainless steel(up to 3mm thick), choice of stainless steel or cast
iron sprocket,
